Right now, caught up in a sea of memories, your pain and anger may seem insurmountable. The last thing you want to hear is that “it’s all part of your grief journey…”
But that cliche reflects a set of deeper truths…
Your circumstances may be testing you and breaking you down, but like a tough workout, you can let these challenges make you stronger over time.
Deconstructing your former self can be seen as a way to rebuild your life anew, with greater purpose and intention.
If your relationships are struggling as a result of your loss, you probably feel more alone than ever, but isolation only digs that rut deeper and keeps you stuck longer than necessary.
… That’s where I come in.
I help women navigate into new life experiences after going through heartbreaking loss and grief.
It’s my job to step in when you’re finally ready to end the chaos and make your life work for you.
After losing both my parents and a sibling in a very short period of time, I lost all hope, confidence, and sense of myself. I felt isolated in my grief, unable to find the support and guidance I needed to get through to the other side.
My experiences taught me how valuable guidance would have been when I needed it the most.
Following the steps of grief recovery is an inherently lonely process, but just by reading this, you’re taking the first step. Recognizing your need for support is an act of courage.
In this 12-week transformative coaching experience, you’ll be guided through my 5 steps of grief recovery, in order to move from crippling heartbreak toward joy & fulfillment.
Introducing
The most common frustration I see people experience during the grieving process is the unshakable craving to “just get over it”.
Forcing yourself to rush through the process often results in a failure to address complicated emotions.
It’s only when you take the time out to observe your emotional state and identify the feelings coursing through your body that you can truly begin the remaining steps of grief healing journey.
Easier said than done, right? Too frequently, I see a lack of education and awareness into the grieving process lead to misunderstandings and inadequate support.
After you’ve taken the time to observe your grief and identify your emotions, you can begin the inner healing journey.
What starts as a means to reconnect with your passions and desires will ultimately turn into a journey of self-love that will strengthen your heart & mind for the rest of your life.
Only after you find love for yourself can you begin to share that love with other people in your life whom you may have distanced yourself from.
In many cultures & communities, the stigmatization of grief (or even just perceived stigmatization) can drive a wedge between you and those who may only wish to support you in your time of need.
If you’ve felt a need to distance yourself from others, suppress your emotions around friends & family, and/or internalize your grieving process, then the time has come to reconnect with your support network and start to heal those important bonds.
Sadly, many people working through devastating loss will not even know where to begin when it comes to handling the financial side of divorce or death.
Many don’t even consider this one of the steps of grief healing, and the lack of support in this area can lead people down a dark road of suffering and destitution.
Fortunately this program takes advantage of my experience working with financial planners as we create a safe & informed space for you to make important decisions that will affect your financial state moving forward.
One of the most traumatizing parts of the grieving process is the sense of losing yourself, or having to surrender the cozy certainty of your past life to the foggy, ambiguous haze that is your future.
However, at this point in the process, you’ve begun to see things a bit more clearly. Now it’s time to decide who you want to be as you embark upon the rest of your life.
Now that you’ve visualized the steps of grief healing & recovery, next it’s time to get down to the details of what you get.
